Wastewater produced
The waste water produced by
our company mainly includes daily water for workshops and water for grinding. The waste water produced is all treated and discharged after reaching the standard by the comprehensive sewage treatment station set up in the company. An online monitoring system is installed at the terminal discharge. The system has been networked and uploaded to Guangxi Zhuang in real time. The automatic monitoring platform for fixed pollution sources in the autonomous region has passed the acceptance check. At present, the system is maintained by Guangxi Houtian Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. In addition, our company also entrusts Guangxi Hongyuan Environmental Monitoring Co., Ltd. to sample and monitor the wastewater discharge according to the requirements of the sewage discharge permit. From the current monitoring results, all of them have reached the national level. Emission Standards.
3. Exhaust gas produced
The waste gas generated in the production process mainly includes the waste gas produced by spraying and drying in the painting workshop. The waste gas is discharged after treatment. The discharge terminal is equipped with an online monitoring system, which has been networked and uploaded to the automatic monitoring platform of fixed pollution sources in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in real time. At present, the system is maintained by Guangxi Haizhiyuan Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. In addition, our company also entrusts Guangxi Hongyuan Environmental Monitoring Co., Ltd. to conduct sampling and monitoring of exhaust emissions according to the requirements of the pollution discharge permit. From the current monitoring results, all of them have reached National emission standards.
4. Pollution prevention and control measures
(1) At present, the company has built a set of comprehensive sewage treatment facilities to treat all wastewater produced in the production area. After the wastewater is treated to meet the discharge standards, it is discharged to the sewage pipe network of the industrial area under the monitoring of the networked online monitoring system.
(2) Exhaust gas discharge is also built at each discharge point and is discharged under the monitoring of the networked online monitoring system.
(3) Do a good job of training employees on hazardous waste knowledge to increase awareness of hazardous waste safety management and disposal. On August 23, 2022, our company carried out standardized management training on hazardous waste for workshop managers and relevant staff responsible for hazardous waste management, which improved the company's hazardous waste management level. At the same time, on August 3, the company organized an emergency drill for environmental emergencies in 2022, which further improved the company's emergency response capabilities.
(4) Optimize the production process, strengthen post technical training, master the use of spray guns proficiently, try to make the sprayed paint adhere to the workpieces such as cabs and carriages, and reduce the paint mist that escapes without spraying on the workpieces, thereby reducing paint spraying. The amount of slag produced;
(5) Strengthen the operation and management of production equipment, use environmentally friendly raw materials as much as possible, and reduce the generation of hazardous waste.
In short,
our company strictly complies with the requirements of relevant environmental protection laws and regulations, implements the relevant indicators of standardized management of hazardous waste, and has built a hazardous waste storage room that meets environmental protection standards. The monitoring and ledger records are complete, and there is no incident of hazardous waste polluting the environment. In the future production and operation process, we will strictly follow the relevant environmental protection requirements, improve the management in all aspects, and achieve standardized management.
